1. Custom Orders
Because each jersey is custom-made to your specifications (including names, numbers, or designs), we do not accept returns or refunds for custom items unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Please double-check all details (size, name, number, and design) before confirming your order.
2. Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, printing error, or wrong size/item sent by us, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll gladly:
Replace the item at no extra cost, or
Issue a full refund (including shipping, if applicable).
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
Your order number
A description of the problem
Clear photos showing the defect or incorrect item

3. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
A return request must be submitted within 60 days of receiving your order.
Custom-made jerseys can only be returned if they are damaged or incorrect.
4. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
5. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, production begins, and we cannot guarantee cancellation due to the custom nature of our products.
6. Shipping Costs
Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).
For defective or incorrect items, we will cover return shipping costs.
